By now, you may have received some updates via email. We'll continue to do that, but we won't stop there. We will introduce several new communication channels throughout the year with information on how you can better "Get to Know ShipCSX".

Now you can easily get your ShipCSX login information

It's not easy to remember everything--especially when it comes to login ID's and passwords. That's why we've recently added the new "Forgot User ID" and "Forgot Password" features in ShipCSX. Here are a few simple tips to help make sure it works when you need it:

• Verify your email address and security question are up to date in your ShipCSX User Profile under "Resources."
  
• Make sure that [email protected] is added to your address book, as spam catchers can often mistakenly capture and filter these messages.
  
• Do not share your User ID and password. Be sure that everyone in your company uses their own unique ID to help protect your login and company information.
  
• If you need the same ShipCSX setup as a co-worker, contact us and we can easily mirror your access.
