2014 eBusiness Customer Workshop in Nashville was a Great Success
The eBusiness Team hosted their 9th annual eBusiness Customer Workshop at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tenn. on October 1-3, 2014.

Thanks to overwhelming response, we had a record number of customer attendees! Over the 3-day agenda, customers had the opportunity to receive hands-on training with ShipCSX.

Some of the new features covered were:

  • ShipCSX Mobile App
  • Plant Switch
  • Rejected Cars
  • Offline trace events

Training was conducted on ShipCSX tools such as: Account Invoices, Car Order, Diversions, Freight Claims, Shipping Instructions, Shipment Management Suite, Short Line tools, and Unit Train Management.

This was the first year we welcomed our Intermodal customers. They had the opportunity to learn about ShipCSX Intermodal tools and provide feedback on how to make those tools even better.

In addition to training, the "Ask the Expert Zone" trade show was staffed by various customer-facing CSX departments providing customers the opportunity to discuss any subjets or issues they may have had.

Special guest speakers at the event included Clarence Gooden, EVP & Chief Commercial Officer and Ed Jenkins, VP Market Strategy & eBusiness.

Workshop attendees enjoyed entertainment aboard the General Jackson Showboat.

We thank you for taking the time to join us in Nashville and providing your feedback.
